Listen to the sura you want to study every night in Arabic seven times in a row before going to sleep and follow it with your eyes at the same time. Without having to know Arabic, follow the text that you will follow with the voice in Arabic or Latin alphabet. This work should be done every night and then go to sleep immediately. When the study is finished, you will have repeated the time 49 times.

Since you will be working with only Arabic sound and ray-photon (image) frequency for seven days, no translation and / or tafsir should be looked at during this period.
